I started taking these when I started to get menopause symptoms. Been taking for 2 years! They work!!!

I've always taken vitamin supplements but started to feel a bit off. Brain fog, tired constantly and emotional (Won't even start on my hair thinning - I take hair supplement anyway and my moods). Had a look about and saw these vitamins worked for others with my symptoms. About 2-3 weeks in and I noticed a difference. Whether it was placebo effect or not I don't care. Now been taking these about 3-4 months and none of the old symptoms have returned, so a plus for me. Plus it's a good brand. I'd highly recommend them. They are a bit large (You take one of the oil ones and one green one a day - recommend taking them after eating!!), but with a glass of water I manage to swallow them.

These have been a god send for me! Feel so much better in myself and have more energy! Tablets are quite big but easy to swallow due to shape.
