Doesn't feel great on hair
But it worked nice on my son's dandruff, and did leave natural hair soft. Not good for bleached hair

Great conditioner
I truly love this product I think for me it is the best conditioner on the market. My hair is in the best condition of it life soft and not greasy .My only small gripe is with the cap on the bottle. the conditioner is thick and cannot get out of that space so end up taking the cap off. Not so big a problem that I would not buy but would be great if cap people could do something with this

Most definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for long hair!
Bought because of its excellent organic credentials.I have long straight hair which is oily at roots so expected this to be too 'creamy' as it states for use on 'normal to dry hair ' BUT, this conditioner is the worst performing I have EVER tried.I applied Liberally, left in whilst I completed my ablutions, and tried to comb out under shower. It was a slow laborious process as it didn't detangle at all.It looks great, feels creamy and smells great but the cheaper Faith In Nature brand is 100% better - albeit not as highly commended organically.Unfortunately, traditional chemical laden hair conditioners (imho) will not be beaten on performance.
