Works well
I haven't washed my item yet, but the adhesion works well. Instructions in English, French and Spanish on the packet. Very simple to use. I used it to get more wear out of a linen garment that was going thin in places, by adding a patch (thin cloth) inside the garment using this bonding material. (I had tried iron-on interfacing first, but the product I bought completely does not work, so this is Plan B to get another season's wear out of a beloved garment.) My packet arrived with a 10-cm slash through the front of the package, meaning the slash went through two layers of the folded product. On examining the packaging, I can see that somewhere in the mailing process, someone slashed the entire envelope the package came in and then taped over the slash. I have no idea who did that; could have been the Post Office in my country, so I didn't return the product. The product is folded in the package; I had no difficulty tracing the shape I needed, cutting it out, and ironing it flat. It worked - ironed down - perfectly well even with the slash in the product. No problems. Happy with my purchase of Heat-n-Bond Ultra Hold Iron-On Adhesive.

Doesn't work
I followed the instructions exactly, multiple times, but the stuff didn't work even slightly. Sometimes the layer of adhesive came off the backing onto the patch, but it wouldn't then stick to the 'target' fabric at all after holding it on. Sometimes the adhesive didn't even stick to the patch. Very disappointing!

Works fine but needs precise application
First time using so no expert, I found it relatively easy but took a couple of tries to get right after I reduced the temperature (iron at 3 dots and not full whack of 4 dots) then pull off the paper quickly after ironing, Ialso decided to double up on the application as I thought the glue was a bit thin, I wont be testing the longevity of the glue as it was always my intention to stitch it in place, yes the instructions say not to sew and to use a different product instead but I didn't have any issues with machine sewing, got the job done for my requirements.
