Unbelievable, how these things work. I first found out about them after a neat death experience that led me to a wound care clinic. The poor circulation in my legs contributed to an ulcer(sore) on my leg that got me septic. The way these pads address wounds, is nothing short of magic. I will never be without these. They just heal your wound, super fast, with no hassle. Amazing product

I had some nasty wounds which were not healing. I used a wash from Amazon and then placed this gauze over it and wrapped with an ace bandage. After two days of cleaning twice a day they are finally looking better and healing up. Silver is a great would healer and this just proved it to me. With out this it was just getting worse and worse. The pain is almost all gone and I am sleeping better knowing that I found something that works. It's expensive though... so glad I have 14 I am sure I wont use them all this time around. Will keep them on hand though for just in case in the future. These do not have any sticky parts so you will need tape or a wrap to keep it on. My only gripe is that the would was scabbing over so quickly overnight that I had to wet it all down well to ease it off the wound part. If you have a stubborn wound which doesn't look like it wants to heal maybe give these a try.

I used these alginate dressings for only a short time. My wound care doctor said they are best used on a wound that is no longer weeping and close to being fully healed.

I have used this product when I developed wounds and it heals them much faster than without it. I was receiving wound care from a specialist who used a similar product which is how I discovered such a product, and I would recommend it if your wound is not healing very well or in a timely manner.
