What is the difference between the package quantities? Wondering why the price is nearly 6 times more for a quantity of 3 than a quantity of 1

There is no difference - the different amounts just serve to confuse the customer. We expect that if someone did buy 3, they would just send 3 of the single cheaper items. Sadly this practice seems to be all over the catalog.

Pretty much the same game, different theme but I still like to play all the different games - avalon, coup, resistance, secret hitler... gives a nice bit of variety!

What is the best single player game of this nature?

This is a social deduction game. There are no single-player games in this genre.

Do you also provide card sleeves fro them? I know it's composed of not only cards but token and smaller stuff, is there a way I can get all of them?

I bought FFG sleeves for mine (standard silver I think). The tokens and stuff are linen finish heavy card stock so you won’t need sleeves for them.
