Are both the keyboard and mouse able to connect to three separate devices?

Both the keyboard and the mouse have three stored devices that are paired separately.

Can you sync mouse + keyboard so that when you change pc with the keyboard button it will also change the mouse's pc and vice versa?

Physically each device is connected seperately so u have to manually press button select the device. However, there is a software called logitech flow that allows u to switch devices in sync when u have 2 devices on 2 screens. Its a great feature but it doesn't the way it should be. Sometime it works and some times it doesn't

Can you connect 2 laptops with the keyboard and mouse at the same time?

Yes just switch between them via the three white numbered button at the top right hand side you can have up to 3 at one time

Does the keyboard have an 'applications' key (a key that activates a context menu for wherever the cursor is, like a right click on the mouse)?

Hi this mouse and keyboard have a lot of features, but the reason each person buys it may be different, please read the spec of the purchase and do research. I know for me I'm very impressed with both the keyboard and mouse, and it has a lot of functions I do not use. I like the length of battery use, and the feel of the mouse, smooth and it looks neat. the mouse also has features to install.
