The best non prescribed stress tablets
As a long sufferer of anexity, I can confirm this really does takes the edge off all my worries.Believe me I have tried everything from counselling, hypnotherapy and read just about every book.I have taken prescribed Fluoxetine but was worried I would be in a constant dream world, and also my sex drive was almost non existent.5 htp offers a more natural medication, so you still feel normal and ready to take on the world.I take 3 in the morning and that sees me through the day, I have knocked it down to a 4 star though because I find I get a sickly stomach feeling for about 15 mins after I take them but it only lasts about 10 mins, but I would rather go through that then worry all day.I have posted a photo to show how small the tablets are, as I know some people find it hard to swallow big tablets

Best help for Depression for me.
Like many I suffer with depression. Doctors have prescribed antidepressants but I can't tolerate them with M.E. illness. So 2 years ago I read up on alternatives and came across 5 htp.I've been on them the last 2 winters until late spring.Last year I needed pain relief for an injury. Taking my prescription into the pharmacy I asked if 5 htp would react with the pain killers.The chief pharmacist googled it and then explained to me that 5 htp is the same chemical composition as Amitriptyline, and I had the choice to take either for pain relief.In February this year I had an operation and informed the pre op nurse I was taking 5 htp. She checked with the hospital pharmacist and was told it's the same as Amitriptyline.Please check with a doctor if you're safe with Amitriptyline before taking 5 htp.

Seeing is believing...
This has helped my 19 year old son, who has struggled with anxiety and bad sleep patterns. He had been on fluoxetine in the past but kept forgetting to take it at university which made matters worse. He has only been taking this for just over a month and he and l can see the difference, he is much more in control. It’s worth a try, don’t give up what have you got to loose.

Good but don't work for very long for anxiety.
I have been taking these for social anxiety as they boost serotonin levels which is one of the main brain chemicals which when low result in anxiety and depression illnesses. Anyway I was amazed by how fast they kicked in wasnt expecting the very fast effect. Unfortunately the body seemed to either build up a very fast tolerance to these or my serotonin levels are balanced which is unlikely. They helped for the short period of time they were working at there best, I found myself able to speak alot more easily to other people just a shame they don't work forever, these are not my miracle cure.

I suffer with feeling depressed and tearful just before and during my time of the month and I was in desperate need of something to help me, I read up about 5 HTP and seen the good reviews and thought it would be worth a try and I am so impressed with them, I no longer feel depressed or tearful and I also sleep much better, they really are worth the money and I would highly recommend them.

Worth a try
I brought this as after researching products to reduce anxiety. From the first time I took it I noticed the positive effects. I felt calmer and more able to look situations objectively. I take one tablet a day, in the morning, as I did find the vivid dreams that other reviewers have mentioned disturbing. It hasn't helped my sleep at all and doesn't make me drowsy but has certainly made me feel happier and lighter about life. Product is well packaged and delivered promptly, great value. Definitely worth a try if you are prone to anxiety!

Excellent!!
Excellent - taken for nearly 2 weeks so far and very noticeable improvement in mood and positive outlook, especially since increasing dosage to 3 capsules per day. Actively decluttering, getting through the ironing, sorting mounds of paperwork etc ... wow!

might as well being taken smarties
what works for you mightn't work for me unfortunately this didn't work at all, won't be buying them again i got them for sleep, also was hoping it might suppress my appetite nope didn't work, very disappointed from all the reviews so many i do wonder were some fake to hype them up....
