Perfect for those who are too lazy to mix powder version of this product!
When my doctor told me to take a fiber supplement, I told her there is no way I am mixing powder one to three times per day in a cup and drinking it.Thus, when I arrived at my grocery store and discovered these cookies, I felt like someone above was listening to me (and I happen to be agnostic). These cookies taste great, are easy to use, and there is no excuse not to use them on a regular basis because there is no mixing or measuring (no, this isn't a douche commercial).Every morning, I put one or two packets (depending on my needs) on my home office desk near my vitamins and never miss a dose.Just a warning: The doctors tell me to drink LOTS of water throughout the day when taking a fiber supplement. Otherwise, the supplements can lead to constipation. Also, jsut because the box says take "three servings per day," that was way too much for me and I generally get by on one serving (5 grams of fiber) per day. It is trial and error, but one will eventually figure out how many servings works for them without causing side effects.I probably require only one serving per day because I am also eating broccoli and fruit each day, which also contain decent amounts of fiber. The only drawback to these cookies is they stick to the teeth as it is fiber and it bulks up, so swishing with water helps get the cookie matter off the teeth. Also, drink lots of water while consuming the cookie itself as all fiber products can be a choking hazard if the product doesn't go all the way down the throat!

Great Product..but you MAY only get one box. Pack of two is misleading,
This listing may be for one box. NOT TWO! Ask! I read another review which talked about two boxes. That was misleading as is the title "pack of two". The product is fabulous. Convenient...and since it comes with foil packs of two wafers you can take with you picnicing, in your purse, briefcase, on vacation, etc. This is the kind of fiber that helps with diarrhea and constipation. It bulks loose stools and softens hard stools. PERFECT for a trip to Mexico. Don't give Metamucil to your child without a doctor's consent. Great item for a first aid travel kit..and heck just to carry if you get hungry. The fiber makes it a filling snack. Always drink with plenty of water or liquid. And you can just eat one wafer or a part of one. (put pack in a tiny snack baggie). Always start fiber SLOWLY. So until you are used to it, try half a cookie first. Wait a bit. Then try some more. DO not even think about eating without liquid. This is the "go to" product. I like the cinnamon better than the apple flavor, but both are fine. For a nice snack spread some peanut butter on it.

Delicious and Helpful
My doctor told me I needed to add more fiber to my diet (I'm only 35 but was not getting enough), and he gave me a metamucil sampler package which contained some of the powder, some pills, and a few of these wafers. The doctor said the wafers weren't worth the money, but the powder and pills were.Let me tell you something, when I tried the wafers I felt like I was eating a delicious cinnamon graham cracker. Tasty, crunchy and causing no undesirable results. I also eat them one packet at a time (2 wafers) but some days I will have a second packet later in the day. They go excellent with coffee, tea or milk. For about $10, you get 2 boxes (12 packages of wafers with 2 wafers each). According to my math, that is about 20 cents per wafer (40 cents per packet), which is a great deal and much cheaper than many of the snack bars out there.I haven't tried the apple ones yet, but may have to give them a shot based on how good these cinnamon ones are.
