What is the flow rate for low pressure hot water system (not a combi boiler system)??

I am not sure if this help as I have combi boiler and the flow rate through this is great changes from shower flow to steady flow

Does the 22mm version come with a female to male adaptor as I need a 22mm male version.

Mine came with an adaptor so that it will fit male or female thread

I googled and found out that the tap style i have is: 'bristan - manhattan monobloc kitchen sink mixer - chrome' - will it fit? not sure how to tell.

If there is any threaded end to it you should be able to fit it easily as it comes with several different adapters to fit all sorts of faucets. However I did look at the tap you described and it is hard to say (by just looking at general images) whether there is any part which you can remove (unscrew) and replace with this little gadget.
