Vital Memory Card for Photography and 4K Video
Excellent and vital piece of kit for any photography or video work. I previously used the SanDisk Ultima Pro 64GB SD card in my Canon 80D and Nikon 5300 but you can easily tell the difference when taking multiple burst photos with the camera.Details not listed on Amazon:- Write speeds of up to 90MB/s- Read speeds of up to 95MB/s- Video Speed - C10, U3If you do encounter any issues with your memory card and it ever malfunctions then you'll be pleased to know that SanDisk offer their own recovery software called "SanDisk RescuePRO". It is paid for software, which I have previously used and I can confirm that it worked perfectly. However, according to SanDisk, this memory card is built withstand harsh conditions stating that this memory card is shockproof, waterproof, x-ray proof and can be used in conditions from -18 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit (about -28 to 85 Celsius). So if you're planning on taking a trip to the South Pole or looking to take photographs in an oven, this is the card that you'll need to take with you.I can only recommend this card with my highest praise because it hasn't failed on me, it has been dropped several times, thrown in a bag and been through x-ray machines at the Airport and it still works without issue.

Do you remember when your cards were measured in Mb?
This is a fantastic price for a very large capacity disk. Sandisk, in general, are very reliable to getting one at this size for under £30 seemed to be too good an opportunity to miss. I shoot using a Sony and so my Raw files are around 75meg or so....on formatting it tells me I can shoot 1480 images - which means I won't need to download my card for 6 months at a time! only kidding, always download and back up after every shoot. There are faster cards out there but to be honest, this is going to be fast enough for most cameras currently available :)

The perfect memory card for the serious user who appreciates quality and value. Not too cheap, not too expensive.
If you've invested in a decent DSLR or bridge camera then it makes little sense to skimp on the memory card and buy the cheapest non-branded item you can find. I'd rather spend a little more on a brand that I trust, and get a card that won't slow my filming or photography down. And so, SanDisk it was. The 90MB/s write speed and consistent performance makes shooting 4K video a breeze and the 95MB/s read doesn't slow my post-production workflow down any. The 'extreme' tag is worthy of mention, being shockproof, waterproof, x-ray proof, withstands a wide range of temperatures or, to put it another way, idiot proof. Which is handy seeing as I'm using it...

Always reliable and genuine cards.
Sandisk SD cards are always solid for me and very reliable. Amazon seems to be one of the only places I trust for receiving genuine cards too… I buy a lot! Always from Amazon. Always trusted and great fast cards.

SUPERB Speed, Accuracy of recordings - Keeps my data/photo's/videos intact
I wanted an SD card to go in the slot of my laptop and DOUBLE my storage capacity. I bought a "cheap" card first and it copied at 9MB/sec corrupting my files as it went. Obtained a full refund from Amazon - THANK YOU AMAZON !!The cheap card did not work out that way when you factor in losing all your precious data - and yes, it is backed up . .THIS CARD COPIES AT 50Mb/sec and reads as if it were my computers SSD. I am more than pleased - some things are worth paying for, speed and reliability!!

Excellent read/write speeds, perfect for fast burst photography!
I've always purchased SanDisk cards, mainly for their reliability and reputation as leaders in flash memory products. I've encountered numerous issues with other manufacturers which has resulted in me losing valuable data (read and write errors + formatting issues). Surprisingly not a single SanDisk card has let me down and for this reason, all my cards are SanDisk. This particular product is the Extreme Pro version of SanDisk's ever popular card. I purchased this card specifically to use on my Canon EOS 77D and it is perfect. I use my camera for fast burst photography and the results are stunning. Having purchased the 256GB version, I no longer have to worry about running out of space. It's more an issue now of remembering to back up my files should the worse ever happen. Most of you will be wondering how it performs in read and write tests. After carrying out extensive research, I'm pleased to say these cards are currently (July 2018) the fastest available SDXC cards for this capacity. It might not be the cheapest card, or cheapest flash memory manufacturer. But make no mistake, SanDisk know what they are doing. Just make sure you purchase a genuine card and not that cheap junk with a SanDisk label on it.With that being said, I have no hesitation in recommending this card for any technology enthusiast. If you found my review helpful, please click the "Yes" or "Helpful" button to state this so I know its been a help to someone. Thank you!

Huge little card!
Awesome little memory card that packs a punch with 256GB of storage. I shoot to two memory cards simultaneously using Canon 5D3's. The SD slot I use a much larger capacity card that never leaves the slot until after the days shoot is complete. The CF cards I use are typically much smaller (32GB) and as those are made more robustly. So I take these out at various time of the shoot and back up files here. With the new V30 cards you're future proofing yourself for 4k playback too. These cards will last a lifetime. They've never corrupted on me and have fast read write speeds.

Quality cards
I bought 2 for a Nikon D7200. Initially I thought these were slower than advertised, but came to realise than my inbuilt card reader was slow. Put the cards into an SD adaptor and got more speed from it, but not as fast as advertised (are cards ever as fast as advertised?)Very happy with them. Got 2 in the camera with images being written to both simultaneously. No problem with handling RAW images, 1080p video and burst mode jpg.Seem to be pretty reliable and not had any bad reads, corrupted images or loss of data. No complaints from me.
