Great buy for all Children
My husband and I have purchased a number of these books in the series to help our 3 daughters develop their Social and Emotional Learning, with the foresight that it will lead to them becoming less vulnerable to developing mental health issues as they move though the growing challenges of school and adolescence. Thankfully, our children love these books, which are highly engaging and flexible. We work though them together. Thanks to several tips and techniques our girls are becoming more adapt at controlling and combating negative thoughts and emotions as well as improving their communication skills. The books gently teach and inform by tapping into the child’s creativity, such as drawing, writing or making things i.e. worry jars. The books provide children with several mindful techniques and CBT methods which they can perform every day such as breathing techniques, yoga, meditation, exercise etc. At the back of the book there are several small tips for parents, and for children who may need a bit of extra help every now and then, the books give information on Childline & The Samaritans. All in all, a great buy for parents or anyone who works with young children.

Best Book Buy I've Ever Seen (For children/Teenagers that suffer with anxiety and worries.
I cannot fault this wonderful book,I bought it for my niece as she is what I call a little worrier and this book is the best book I've ever bought, there are lots of easy things for a child/Teenager and such a unique way of finding out what's on their mind/if they're happy/what made them happy/what made them sad etc....There is also ideas in the book to get a jar to put worries in and to put the lid on to lock the worries away(Good for concerned family to discretely see). Also ideas for a happy jar. Also ideas for a bus/paper plane to write worries on and make them drive/fly away taking the worries away from the child.Faces for them to express themselves with plenty of examples of words they could use to describe these different emotions and lots more. It's just brilliant and helps the child and family to sort lots of problems out.

Best book i ever bought my 9 year old
My daughter was going through a phase of worrying due to various reasons, school work, covid and such like.I thought it was a good idea to write her worries down then saw this. It has made an enormous difference .We sat and did some together the first day it came and shes continued to do little bits before bedtime even when not particularly worrying.I would recommend to every parent, its changed how my 9 year old deals with her worries.

By a must buy!! I am not disappointed
I would tell any parent to get this book!My son is 8 and we have been struggling to find out what is worrying him, so I brought him this “special” book for me and him to do it together. First night in done a couple of pages he really opened up and I found out all the information I have been trying to get out him for months if not years!!It’s more like a diary in the sense me and him jot stuff down and I have assured him the information will stay with me if that makes him feel better about talking about things. But it such an amazing buy I cannot wait to see what happens with each page with the hopes by the time we get to the end we have squashed all his worried.

Perfect for anxious kids
My daughter is 10 and suffers from anxiety. I think the whole idea of this activity book is so that children can write their feelings down rather than talking about them which i think can be hard for them. My girl gets excited to do an activity each day, im not sure if its the book or not but shes definitely a lot less anxious and can talk to me more about her problems now.

A must for anxious child
My daughter had been really struggling with her emotions after having surgery after a accident, she was extremely anxious.Me buying this book initially caused offence, she asked why am i saying shes worried, whats wrong with her ect.. i explained if she didn't want to do any questions or writing and just to colour some pictures in and see how it goes.. the next day she apologized for being offended by the book and said its really helped her feel less worried. We have sat together and ive shown her how even as a adult i still have worries to. She now openly and confidently speaks of her worries and we tackle them together. Through this book i feel my child has become emotionally stronger, what more could we want for our children?

Highly reccomend for a quiet worrier!
I have been using this book with my five year old who gets very upset when he is dropped off at school. When he has a particularly difficult drop off, we get the book out when he comes home and talk about what was worrying him that morning. The activities and illustrations really help him to open up, much more effective than me simply asking him what was wrong. When I know what was upsetting him, We come up with a plan or a different way of thinking about the situation, and I can honestly it has made a massive difference to the drop offs on following days. We now have more happier drop offs then upset ones.I couldn’t reccomend it highly enough!

Abre caminos de diálogo
Estupendo para edades a partir de 10, antes hará falta ayuda y explicaciones por parte de un adulto para casi todo.Muy entretenido y válido para abrir el camino del diálogo.

I love it. My kids love it. Super cute and fun stocking stuffer or Easter gift that isn’t candy or plastic toys.
