The liquid taste awful but... if you mix into a pot of yogurt or cooled down porridge or even a desert-I won’t taste a thing. On its own is very bitter, but best to take during the meal, mixed with cooled down food. Other than the taste 👍👍it’s brilliant product . We have used it last Spring and using it now, in Autumn every second day a dose to keep us healthy and it seems to work. When I had just a first signs of cold -I doubled the dose , used high doses of Vit C , and also Vit D3 and the cold went away straight away. 👍👍

I am so in love with this product. I bought it for myself and my 2 daughters. You can add it to water and you can hardly even taste it. If you put too much in you do get a slight metallic after taste lingering on your tongue but well worth it. It's helped with my PMT and my boobs don't get as sore as they used to. I will definitely be buying this product again.

i take regularly and if i feel a cold or flu coming on i increase intake. Does the trick,
