Good selection some are quite hard to cut but good woods.

Can't fault this. You get almost as many full sized sheets in this offcut pack, as you do in the normal 250g packs. Great price too.

The item title is misleading as it suggests the veneers are 3 mm think, whereas in reality they are 0.5 to 0.6 mm thick.There is a nice mix of different woods, colours and sizes. It would have been useful if the wood type was indicated in each off-cut, for example when trying the match the wood type for a repair.I got these off-cuts to form a tiny wood shim to glue to the underside of a Graphtech TUSQ nut that was 0.5 mm short in height. Some people use bits of credit cards, or layers of superglued paper / cardboard to do this, but ideally guitar shims should be made of hardwood to match the guitar or match the material of the nut in this case.These veneers could possibly be used for make graduated neck shims for the heel of guitars with bolt-on necks, i.e. glue a couple together to form 1 mm and then sand down to make the required degree angle. StewMac Neck Shims are very expensive, so these veneers could offer a more cost-effective option.

I get that these are offcuts, but the page clearly describes 21x3x19 cm, so I was a bit disappointed. Practically, only one of the sheets was big enough for my project.
