How much do you use, how long does a bottle last? I'm wanting to use this for improving sleep, presumably it's best used at bedtime?
Can I use this for dental health e.g. By brushing teeth or as a mouthwash?
Is this product greasy on the skin? I have had this issue with other magnesium oils and am looking for a cleaner feeling alternative!

Recommended this by Chiropractor, and having listened to the book "Sleep Smarter". This didn't help me fall asleep but the quality of sleep was so greatly improved that I felt "awake" the next morning and have continued to even when having a bad nights sleep. Also used on a child with sleep difficulties and had the same result. I would highly recommend this product as apparently a magnesium deficiency is a large contributor to poor sleep which I have had for over 20 years. So nice to feel awake in the day.

Best I've tried!
This is definitely the best magnesium oil spray I've tried. I don't experience a stinging effect as I do with cheaper brands and it's very effective. I feel more relaxed and it helps to ease muscle tension. One thing I've learnt over the years I've been into supplements is its worth spending a little extra to get the best quality. If you're after a magnesium oil spray save your money trying others. This will do what you want it to. Good luck!

It does not guarantee you will sleep better but it does have some effect
does this guarantee a good night of sleep? surely not. I have had many interrupted nights also with this one. as always it is a topical treatment and will not have psychological soothing effects... i love to get my magnesium topical though. I use 6 sprays on each shoulder and massage it in.. Maybe i should increase the dosage some.I do think it kind of calms the muscles a bit.

Bought it for my parents
After hearing about the benefits for sleep and joint pains, I decided to buy it for my parents who are in their 60s. My Dad is not really one to try new things but my mum did try it and said that she did feel some benefits to her joint pains and was able to experience better quality of sleep. Not sure if it is the placebo effect or actually the product but seems to help either way so i am happy with the purchase.

Excellent product. I use this for cramp as a chronic sufferer this has literally changed my life. It is expensive however it is worth it for me to have something at last that almost completely solves my problem. Arrived quickly and well packaged. I would recommend give it a goWhen I first purchased this product it was about £25. What has happened for such a huge price rise !!!

Great product, bad quality bottle
Great product however they have scrimped on packaging and once half full, the bottle spray rarely works when pressed.Given the price of the product I would not expect to have to spend time pumping away until the bottle actually sprays out magnesium.

Game-changer for recovery
I work in landscaping and using this spray for tired/aching muscles consistently does more for them than a hot bath. The price may appear high but one bottle lasts me almost 9 months of daily use.

Expensive, but worth it!
Doesn't sting like some other magnesium oils I have used. Also, since using this product I have a lot more get up and go in the mornings and I haven't changed my diet or anything else so for now, I'm crediting this product!

Apply 20-40 sprays across your body per day after taking shower. You should spray the product anywhere on the body however the following areas are recommended for maximum absorption: inside the elbows, behind the knees, wrists, top of your feet, and stomach. We recommend using the product right after a shower, towel dry, spray on and rub in: the magnesium absorbs within 90 seconds. If taking a bath, use 2-4 oz in the bath. As you enjoy a soak in the tub, your skin will absorb the magnesium resulting in relief from aches and pains, better sleep, healthier skin and so much more!
