I've had the same Blackmoor frying pan for about 3 years and finally decided to replace it as the non-stick was starting to flake off. This doesn't mean it's a bad frying pan, as during those 3 years it's been washed in the dishwasher almost daily (and non-stick pans are not supposed to be put in the dishwasher). So it's held up pretty well, and about as well as a more expensive Tefal pan where the non-stick completely peeled off. The one issue I had with this pan was the handle would sometimes come loose and the screw needed tightened. The other thing I don't like is that Blackmoor do not say anywhere on their website or description what exactly the non-stick coating is - I assume PTFE, but who knows? It's not ceramic anyway. Just remember with non-stick pans not to heat them to high temperatures (i.e. leave them on the hob with no food in them) as the non-stick will break down above 260 degrees. For most frying this isn't an issue and the PTFE will remain stable.

I purchased 2 of these frying pan (different sizes) following a friend's recommendation. She has had them for quite some time and they still look new! I was a bit sceptical about how good they would be... but I can honestly say, they are by far, the best pans I've used. Reading other reviews, I did season them with a little oil heated gently for 2 minutes. They really conduct the heat evenly and exceptionally well Using low to medium heat. The instructions do say avoid high heat and, honestly, you don't need it. Great to use and very simple to clean with just a dip in soapy water. Very happy with my purchase.

These pans are amazing, very sturdy and heavy to hold. The non stick is fantastic and the handle seems to be very secure. Heats up very quickly and cooks food brilliantly. Easy to clean

Cheap, handle broke after a month use. I guess I got what I paid for. Good if in a tight spot but will break easily.

Es difícil elegir entre tantas sartenes, y compré una de estas, guiado por todas las reviews positivas. Lo cierto es que, a priori, al sacarla de la caja, tenía una pinta buenísima a un precio excelente. La realidad es que en menos de un año, el revestimiento ya se había levantado. Pero, aun así, pensé que habría sido un problema mío por no haberla cuidado lo suficiente, así que compré otra, pero un poco más grande, de 28 cm, aprovechando que además me hacía falta una de más tamaño. Lo cierto es que no han pasado ni 9 meses, y se ha despegado la placa de metal de abajo. Es totalmente increíble lo malas que son. Tengo otras sartenes que llevan años conmigo, pero estas dos no me han aguantado ni 1 año ninguna de las dos. Como se suele decir, el dinero del avaro dos veces va al mercado. Pues yo voy tres.
