The second my shaker was delivered and I tore through the packaging I instantly felt stronger, I had to duck as I walked through doorways, and other gym users quickly departed as I strolled through with my new Ronnie Coleman shaker. Nobody can match my huge levels of macho anymore.As I started drinking, my bench press increased to over 9000lbs and my new deadlift of 7 tonnescaused a butterfly effect as volcanoes erupted over in Japan.Very happy with product

Perfect. The bottle alone is up to 700mls.
Love it. Cup alone is 600-700mls. Well, it's calibrated to 600mls but you can get another 100mls before you get to the lid area. Very portable cup. I only needed the cup anyway. So if you need the sieve on the lid, the grinder and the storage contact me so I can sell it to you lol. I really love this item. I've enclosed some pics for you to see the cup.

Leaks, takes a lot of effort to remove protein lumps with the mesh system (powder often gets stuck in the mesh itself)
Bought this as I lost my previous shaker and had massive leaking problems with cheaper shakers. Unfortunately this one also leaks and the lettering came off after one hand wash in warm soapy water. My shaker is now endorsed by R Ole. Seems Mr Coleman needed a retirement fund and put his signature to any old crap.

it does what they advertise
A very good shaker . It doesn't smell at all after cleaning with only water. I uses it for protein shakes and pre-workouts. E lite bit expensive because it has the logo of Ronnie Coleman . If you like the logo as me buy it otherwise go for the cheaper one is the same.
