50 years old and I was seriously hating life before taking this. No exaggeration in that statement. After taking this for about 3 weeks I noticed multiple positive changes. Almost no night sweats, energy returned, less brain fog (probably from better sleep), and best of all - MUCH BETTER MOOD! I'm about 2 months in to taking these. These worked for me for the first few months I was taking them . I no longer had night sweats . My mood was more manageable. I wasn't as irritable as I once was . They where easy to swallow and it wasn't difficult to remove them from the packaging. They gave me the energy I needed to get through the day . My weight stayed at a comfortable range . After taking them about 3 months my night sweats and irritably once returned so I had to switch to a different brand . I can't believe how much these help early menopause side effects and discomfort. Hot flashes and mood swings disappeared almost after 2 weeks of this.

I took the entire box on a consistent basis, every day at same time before writing this review. I feel like it did help my mood, but it didnt fully help the hot flashes. Towards the end of the box, the hot flashes came back just as strong as they did before I started taking them. I will not re-purchase. Like someone else mentioned in a review, I was very gassy and was having to take GasX. I am going to continue to take an ashwaganda supplement, but if this isnt going to help with hot flashes, i see no point in continuing. Hopefully my belly resumes back to normal soon. This is just an "eh product. It works for a bit then doesnt.

I’ve tried several other supplements to help with menopause symptoms, such as night sweats and hot flashes. None of them really seem to help however, this one I’ve only been taking for a few weeks and I noticed results very quickly, the night sweats and hot flashes have decreased tremendously and I’ve even been able to sleep through the night. As far as the other claims, I’m not sure that I’ve noticed those yet but i’m extremely happy with the results for me in regards to the sleep and reduction of hot flashes and light sweats. I definitely will keep taking this product.
