Viridian viridiKid Multivitamin & Mineral Mini, 90 Veg Caps

My 10 year has been taking these for years. I repeat purchase them because, not only do I love the ethical brand and quality composition, but my son is never ill and I think taking these daily really helps along with good diet, exercise and sleep. Whenever we have a nasty cold or bug he might get a slight sore throat, if that, and that's it. My son has never complained about the taste and he is VERY FUSSY. My 2 year old won't yet take these yet because of capsule form but I will continue to buy for years more I'm sure.

I am so grateful to Viridian for producing these. My LO can't eat sugar and virtually all children's vitamins contain sugars, including a few that are labelled 'sugar-free'. From a dental health point of view some vitamins are similar to giving children sweets every day. This one doesn't, and also it is small enough to swallow whole. It also appears to be a very good quality food-based multivitamin, although do read the constituents as it won't necessary cover everything you want (nothing's perfect!) depending on what kind of supplementation you feel your child may need.

Have been searching for a really good and reasonably priced natural kids multivitamin in small capsule form. When I say natural I mean authentically natural and not just marketing natural.

Only ever buy viridian vitamins..you get what you pay for..quality..NO FILLERS..these are tiny capsules and my children have no problems swallowing them..

High quality vitamins, at first we had to break open the capsule and pour contents onto a spoon of food but now our toddler is bigger they can swallow the small capsules.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow and has good mixture of vitamins and minerals.

Excellent small, we notice the difference.. Perfect vits

Can't say much about vitamin tablets but they seem to work
