I am very happy with these Vit K2 MK-7 100 mcg caps-they appear to be really economical and, unless I up the dose, will last for a while! I take Vit K2 MK7 along with high dose Vit D3 and a few other things--but high dose Vit D3 (say 5000 to 10000 iu) should not be taken alone because of the relationship between calcium, Vit D3 and K2 MK-7. Vitamin D3 helps you to absorb calcium, while Vit K2 directs it to the bones and is involved in keeping the calcium in the bones and not in the blood stream where it can cause problems, not least of all helping to harden the arteries.

If you are like me then you would weigh up the cost and quality thus the quality and the quantity does make a deference to me why pay more for a product when you can less get the same and more for the same price. the down side is that the container lid is not very secure it is too flimsy a few times it fell out of my hands and the lid go flying and the vitamins all over the floor I wish it would be more tighter a screw fit is always safer. beside a very good product, if you want more for your money you might want to buy this product but first compare by looking at price, manufacturer, company, quality quantity strength, and quality most of all research the product used to make in these capsules and then choose.
