Couldn’t wear both items together but individually worked very well in supporting my feet. Eased walking discomfort.

Very good but the black socks are useless and very hard to get on and I am only a size 7. The other ones with the gel are brilliant and really help with the pain in the arch. I'd give 2 star for the black sock and about 4 to 5 star for the other, so average of about 3 stars. I'd say the black sock would like be ok for someone size 5 and below.

I have tried both pairs and, at first, I thought the gel supports would be more helpful than the black heel slip-ons. I wore them for walking to and from my daughter's school and they did help to support my arch, so my heel didn't take too much weight. However, these really push up into my arch and I found them a bit uncomfortable, though not painful. Also, even though it seems the fabric might sit flat on your foot, it doesn't. It's made from the same fabric tights/stockings are made of. This actually makes them easier to wear, as you can slip them about to where you need the support most and the fabric just crinkles a bit to let you do that...and it's so thin, it doesn't bulk up into a big ridge.So...the black heel supports. I am wearing these right now and I am really surprised at how effective they are. There is no arch support in them, but they gently pull your arch in and I'm finding walking without shoes fairly easy, when usually I have to slip my shoes on all the time. They stay in place. The gel support pair wouldn't do this on their own. Also, they have a oval padded part just behind your heel where you'd get a blister, if you know what I mean. It covers a large enough area to give both support and, I would imagine, more comfort in shoes. I am a size 5.5 to 6 in shoes and I have wide chubby feet. These feel tight enough to support me, but I tried wearing them in bed and my toes started to tingle, so I took them off. I think all the while you're mobile or moving about, they don't affect your circulation too much. For me, the tightness is across the width of my foot, rather than around my ankle. I can easily put a couple of fingers between the back of my heel and the socks and feel a good bit of leeway.I will probably wear the black heel supports more than the arch supports, but both pairs have been worth buying for me.

Found these to help my 9 year old son who was having pain in the back of his foot when walking and playing football. He is a size 4 and they do come up slightly loose around his ankle - but they stay in place and the padding has aliviated the pain for him so I am very happy - so much so that I reordered them. I’m sure they can help both adults and children in that sense. Also the aftersales from the company is amazing - I was sent an email with a fact sheet and great instruction on its usage - five stars.

Too small. No value for money. Very difficult to put on. Unable to return. What a waste of money.

I was so hopeful that these would help relieve my plantar fasciitis pain but they made no difference whatsoever. My ankle/heel felt supported but as someone with fat ankles and feet, these were really too tight and hurt me. Neither of these supports made any difference to my pain.

Was at first not sure they be helpful but after a few hours these were comfortable and easy to clean

I purchased these for my mum age 66 as she has been suffering for 2years with foot and leg pain and was unable to walk some days. After a week of wearing these foot sleeves the pain has just disappeared, which is unbelievable considering she has been to the Doctors on numerous occasions, taking a lot of medication and having X-rays. She is so surprised with the results and recommends these to anyone who suffers with plantar fasciitis or any other ankle or foot pain.Fantastic fit, comfortable, feels very supportive when walking.
