I was shocked by how high quality this purse is! The leather smells and feels real instead of that fake, fragile plastic texture most "leather" things online end up being. The stitching is strong and well done, the purse feels sturdy and the latch closes securely. It starts out a bit stiff, but that's normal for higher quality stuff and softens appropriately over time. It's cute, well made and a good deal for the price. If this is your style, get it immediately!!

Product was as shown in pictures, and has felt high quality. The bag did have a chemical smell when I first took it out of the packaging, but it went away after a day or two. It was also stiff, but over time it has relaxed (as any other leather product would). After two months of *heavy* daily wear, it has held up great; it looks basically brand new. I wear it on my motorcycle, through heavy rain, and toss it around without issue. I get frequent compliments on this bag, more than any other accessory of mine. Even in the past 2 months, I'd say I've gotten ~25 compliments on the low end. It can't carry as much as I thought it would, but it makes me prioritize what I bring. It's also good because its small enough to never feel like a burden, so I can wear it everywhere I go. I use the front pouch to carry my small B6 journal and a few pens/pencils. The main compartment is almost exactly large enough to carry 2 avg paperback books max. Overall, for a price of ~35 dollars, this was a no-regret purchase! It has exceeded all expectations, and I'm thinking about buying a second just in case something happens to mine lol

I love purses, and I have bought several from Amazon. THIS one is by far my favorite. While I have others that go with specific ensembles, this one can match both dressy and casual outfits, as well as jeans. This purse is medium-small, which is really what I want. It's enough to hold everything I need, but definitely will not hold extra. It has 3 inside sections, a tight outside back pocket, and a front outside pocket. I put my wallet in the middle inside section, and some lipsticks and pressed powder in the other two. The back outside pocket is just a tight strip, so you can only fit a couple of business cards in it. In the front outside pocket, I put my phone. I can get to it without having to unzip the inside pockets. I hang my keys on one of the metal loops on the sides, but the loops are also for the removable shoulder sash if you want to use it as a crossbody bag. The material is real embossed leather, so it has some heft. I like that the style is a small version of an "academic satchel bag" carried by the stereotypical Ivy League professor in a wool jacket with patches on his sleeves. (Yes, that was the exact look I was going for!) The quality is great. The leather is beautiful. I would not only recommend this little purse, I'm going to buy the black and white version and the red and brown version.

The purse is smaller with a lower capacity than I would have liked. I'm going to need a larger bag, but I'm keeping this one for a simple purse (wallet, phone, keys only) because it is lovely, well made, and of quality materials. The strap is VERY long, as I had read in other reviews, and with the purse being so sturdy, it means it can hit HARD. Please take that into consideration when purchasing. Otherwise, if you're looking for a lovely, small purse that looks classic and will stand the test of time, this could be the bag for you!

Update!! So it has now been 2 years since I have owned this bag and I am still just as happy as the day I purchased it. It is still just as durable and literally the only wear and tear is super minor scuffing on the corners where the strap has rested all of these years. As I said below, I am not gentle with purses and I use it everyday. I still can’t believe how long this thing has lasted. I am attaching “after 2 year” photos after the 5th photo. Hope this helps! Also, after 2 years I STILL get compliments on it! Couldn’t be happier. :) I ordered this bag about 6 months ago and have nothing to complain about it. I was skeptical at first after reading some of the comments about the faux leather peeling, but so far have not had that issue. I find this bag to be quite durable (I am not very gentle with purses) and it handles getting tossed around and filled up with belongings with no problem. The straps and the fastener are also very durable and well made and fun to close. If you want a purse that looks great and lasts, this is the one. I have never had so many compliments on an item in my life. Random strangers will stop me in the store and ask where I got it and are surprised at the price. It will fit a small tablet/notebook and still have room for cellphone and other small belongings. The bag is true to color as well and I was super pleased when it arrived that it looked just as sharp as it did online. I don't normally write reviews for products, but I had to share how wonderful owning this bag has been so far. :) (Pictures are of now, six months after purchase).

I'd been searching for a satchel style purse for everyday use and ordered this. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was the hardware. The clasp is sturdy (and gorgeous) and there are two hidden clasps under the straps, so it's certainly secure. The strap is adjustable but long which I was hoping for. While there are internal pockets, I'm finding myself not using them mainly because the entire interior space is not especially large. Structurally, it's less malleable than I'd hoped for, so everything has to fit a certain way. I'd wanted to carry a tarot deck inside and instead have to use a mini deck. When you open the flap, there is a pocket perfect for a smartphone. Overall, great for a cottagecore look.

Per chi ama il look vintage è perfetta ma attenzione non è una borsa da lavoro o scuola perché molto piccola! Entra a malapena un tablet da 10 ". Direi ottima per telefono, portafoglio e qualche altra cosina ma sicuramente non per pc, fogli A4, libri universitari e così via! È una borsa per le uscite quotidiane, ma non può far di più, nonostante comunque i materiali sono ottimi e regge bene il peso. Consigliata!
