An Absolute luxury--you've never tasted chocolate so good
Awesome chocolate, melt in your mouth. Shipping from Japan is worth it. Used to live in New York and so could get it there but craving a real fix. Glad to see it could be shipped to UK from Hokkaido.

Thank you soo much for the quality and delivery of the chocolate ❤️❤️❤️❤️. I thought it would take very long since it was international but it came within a week or so!!!! And not to mention the quality of the chocolate was delicious! Even better paired with coffee!

Hard to transport but their customer support is amazing
Nama chocolate is fragile, let’s agree on that.Transporting it cross continent is incredibly hard.Nevertheless, FedEx Japan does everything possible to ensure we can enjoy it over here in Europe, given we don’t have Royce stores around.Sometimes you won’t be lucky and it won’t arrive in perfect condition and the chocolate will melt on the way to you. But they will refund instantly or offer to send a replacement.I, for one, was super happy with the customer support and am grateful we can enjoy Royce over here in the UK.

Best chocolate in the world
Chocolate arrived very quickly considering it traveled across the world. It was nicely wrapped, not melted at all.For the taste:It is so good I want to cry. Perfect balance between matcha and sugar/chocolate. It is melting on the tongue and you'll hardly ever have enough of this. This is the only thing you need in your life to feel true happiness.I will definitely order again.
