Bought these initially because I have two gallstones in my gall bladder and I wanted to see if I could reduce or break them up with bile salts. Watched Dr.Berg on YouTube who said that gall stones sometimes develop in people who don’t make enough bile. And saw how they helped when people had their gall bladders removed and then weren’t making enough bile. I don’t know yet if they have reduced the stones as I haven’t had a follow up appointment yet, will be interesting to see if they have. But I’m loathe to have my gall bladder removed unless I absolutely have to because this can have awful side effects when the bile production goes down. I take one before a meal, so usually take two a day. I’m not getting any slight pain anymore after meals around my gall bladder area, and I also had acid reflux and this has pretty much gone so far, which was an added benefit that I didn’t know would happen. Tablets arrived quickly, and I like that they are produced here in Britain, and are fairly reasonable priced. Will definitely order again. And if you want advice on any digestive problems watch the Dr.Berg videos on YouTube, since changing my diet and following some of his advice about healthy eating I have felt much better and lost weight too. He also advised about bile salts which I was unaware of before, so found these here in the UK. And no, I’m not being paid to promote him, just find his advice very helpful and interesting!

I like the smaller doses of 125ml capsules which meant I could start taking these at 2 per day instead of the recommended 4. After only a few days I noticed positive improvements in digestion, and less bloating and constipation. I have a gallstone of 1.5mm and some sludge in the gallbladder. The consultant wants to take out the gallbladder and did not mention that I was perhaps not producing enough bile. I researched and found that bile acid actually breaks down and dissolves the cholesterol formation of stones, as well as clearing out the sludge (which is the first stage of stone formation). With some diet changes, like reducing carbohydrates and eating gallbladder/liver supporting foods, I am well on the way to saving my gallbladder! The bile tablets should be prescribed as soon as stones are discovered - instead the first instruction on seeing stones is to ignore them, and then when you get more and the stones start causing problems, it’s “take out the gallbladder - you don’t need it anyway!”. I’m slowly increasing the dose to 4, and will have another ultrasound in 6 months. Covid has prevented an early operation for me - and saved my gallbladder since I’ve learned about Bike Acid tablets!

They definitely work but they suppress appetite so probably beneficial to people that want to lose weight

Listened to doctor berg on YouTube who recommend taking these for acid reflux. I have suffered for a long time and didn't want to take omeprazole which the doctor kept trying to get me to take. These seem to of helped I have only been taking for a couple of months already I haven't got a continuous sore throat and loss of voice. Also the cough I had for year's seems to of gone. I feel so happy to have found relief from these symptoms.

I have gall stones and when I have discomfort this remedy really helps to relieve symptoms - it is not a cure!
