Works great. Only installed for one day so far but looks like the perfect replacement. Time will tell. There has been some discussion on non-5 star reviews that it's impossible to tell which is the sending or receiving unit. While it may be impossible to tell by looking at the LED without power, if you look at the eye of each one, they are different. One is rounded (this is green) and one is flat (this is amber). Easiest and surest method - before you remove the old ones note which unit has the rounded eye and which one is flat. Then, simply swap them out for the correct one.

Both of the remote garage door openers in our cars stopped working even though we could shut our garage door with the outside control and the inside door control. I got this set to replace the sensors on our garage doors before we called a serviceman. So glad I did...it saved us a lot of money. Husband installed them in about 20 minutes and the car remotes worked again! Highly recommend trying this before calling a repair service. You can always return them if it doesn't fix your problem.

Our dog chewed the wires to one of our garage door sensors when he was a puppy. I finally got around to fixing it with these units and they worked perfect. Exact fit and I didn’t even have to adjust them. Just screwed them in, wired them up, and voila, working garage door. I used posi-lock connectors instead of the included wire connectors so I can’t speak for those, but everything else was great.

Well to begin with I didn’t read any of the reviews. I typed in the correct part number and this is what came up. I thought for the price couldn’t go wrong. When I opened the package the sensors came in I couldn’t tell which sensor was which receiver or transmitter great then I separated then just to find there is only 12” leads on each one, would have been nice to know before ordering (which the manufacturer didn’t mention in the listing or description), I’m just glad the wire stapled to the wall and ceiling is in good working order otherwise I would had to make a trip to town or order some bell wire and potentially would have to wait to install. Climbed my ladder to touch the correct colored wire to the correct corresponding terminal found the correct sensor and replaced the one, now the opener operates as it should up and down.

Door stopped shutting without overriding and holding down button. One side stopped working. Worked after replacing the one side but changed both since they come in a pair.
