Brilliant tasty product ! I put on lots of weight with my pregnancy and have lost it with this product. Stops snacking and sweet cravings. I can't rate it enough. I am having a thousand calories a day and these stop me feeling hungry. Being five foot two,eating only one thousand calories is the only way the weight comes off for me. These give me energy to get on with the day as well as stopping me from picking.

I have been having these for a few years now and until this last order they were a great taste, this order is definitely not the same taste as previous ones, disappointing this time.

I'm not going to lie, the taste and texture is vile. Within seconds,the drink is a thick and slimy texture. The flavour is incredibly sweet, which I guess helps hide the fact that you're necking swamp water first thing in the morning. However, it seems to do the trick - I have one in the morning before breakfast and seem to stay fuller for longer. Today I had one before my dinner instead, just to see how it worked on a bigger meal and I have felt very full and didn't want to finish my food. I think this is a combo of the product and also my own self awareness of what I'm eating.

I got the candy apple flavour, it mixes well and I think tastes ok, I downed a glass with water and then chased it with another glass of water and you feel very full more or less instantly. I am only going off one day of having the drink before my midday meal and evening meal up to now, and I found I was able to simply eat my three meals alone without anything else, without feeling hungry in between. Now, let me just give you some insight into what a greedy cow I am normally... I have been trying to drop like half a stone for months, but the snacks just do me in. I'll set out to eat healthily and I'm just too bloody hungry, grabbing crisps and chocolate constantly. I mean I was hungry inbetween meals the other day, and ended up eating a full pack of kitkats. Then on Saturday night after my tea I was starving so I cooked a batch of chocolate chip cookies and scranned the lot! Now on this drink, my belly feels full until the next meal, so I have no thoughts of kitkats or creating a greed bakery for one, so all is good. Only issue I would say is the price, because if you are having two sachets a day, it's game over after two weeks, to have two a day for a month will be like £50 for two boxes. I have been looking and plain old glucomannan powder works out much cheaper, but for now these are doing the job nicely.

I’m impressed with the taste of the candy apple skinny sprinkles they are quite pleasant to drink . If you like it thicker then let it stand after shaking but I prefer to drink it straight away. It does suppress your appetite and I can feel a difference already.

Do make you feel much fuller in between meals and the taste is not overly bad for what the product is. However I tried them for 3 days and my stomach felt 'off' and uncomfortable. Stopped for a few days then re tried them (was only having 2 sachets a day rather than the 3 recommended) and experienced the same problem. However feel like it would be really beneficial for me if I didn't experience any negative effects :)

I don't take these for weight loss actually. My doctor recommended them to me as I needed the extra vitamins they contained however I do find they suppress my appetite and I am already a little underweight so I take just one a day. I take it with hot water rather than cold and they are delicious.

I suppose we all long to find something to help us lose weight and I am no different from anybody else. I think this product will help you do so if only because since using it I have felt so nauseous and spent such a lot of time in the bathroom that the weight is dropping off. Not quite sure this is what the manufacturers envisaged however. The taste is also disgusting, like liquid bubble gum
