Let me tell you, I am a Los Angeles native and knew about Primal Kitchens in their early days - always loved their products and dressings! I have no clue what this is! The avocado oil tastes very rancid and for the hefty price, it's truly a disappointment. The texture ins't great either, very lumpy. I wouldn't even care about the texture if it wasn't for the taste. I'm not sure why they can't use olive oil instead of avocado. Avocado oil can be fake at times or mixed with other oils - I do wonder if I got a bad batch or if they all taste this strange.
