Q: are these petals ok to smoke?

Honestly I really don’t think so.

Q: Can you put these in the bath. Would it block the drain?

They are dried so would float until they absorb the water, a little goes a long way. I have only used them in candles so can't really answer the questions fully As for blocking the drain......it would depend on how much you use each time and how often you use them If it was me I would remove as much as I could before emptying the bath which ruins the reason for having a relaxing bath. I can't comment fully as I have not used them in this way but if you think about it you will probably come to the same conclusion. Not the answer you wanted but that's what I believe
