Goddards Long Term Silver Polish 125ml

Absolutely amazing stuff. I bought this as my silver chain and pendant got really tarnished after using other silver cleaners, from almost black pendant this stuff made it sparkle even when I received my pendant as gift it wasn’t so shiny silvery like it’s now. Definitely recommend. P.s this bottle will last you really long time if you just need to clean few jewellery pieces.

I had a couple of old silver rings that had gone black and tarnished. They weren’t expensive enough to pay for professional cleaning, so I thought I would try with a cheap cleaner before throwing them away. This was very good value for money, quick and easy to use, and silver came out shining and good as new! Definitely worth it! I just applied the cleaner to rings with an old soft toothbrush, then rubbed it with a soft glasses cloth. Rings are so shiny now!

Does exactly what it claims to do! I had some silver bracelets that had tarnished after I left them on when going into a hot tub.I just put some of this polish onto a cloth and rubbed it on the jewellery. It took seconds to remove the tarnish and left the items all shiny and looking brand new.Just to note - my bracelets were made from either nylon cords or leather cords and had a silver item such as a heart, skull etc attached to them. The polish didn't affect the cords. Once I'd finished cleaning the jewellery I gave it a rinse in warm water. So, this polish can be used for full silver jewellery or just pieces of silver on non-silver cords. It's also great for larger items - I polished up a small silver box used to store rings / earrings.

I don't normally leave reviews but had to for this item.I bought it in a last ditch attempt to restore the shine on my silver rings. I thought they had dulled through daily wear so wasn't sure if this would even work. Wow! I was amazed. My silver rings are back to mirror shine and look brand new. The tarnish that came off was shocking, I didn't even think they were tarnished as I've cleaned them with all the tried and tested home recipes. I was so pleased and this will definitely be a staple in my cupboard.

I bought a silver bangle which was extremely tarnished. I cleaned a small area with a silver cleaning cloth but it soon became obvious that it would take a long time to get it clean and I decided that a liquid silver cleaner would do the job better, so I bought the Goddards silver polish.The polish is a creamy orange/pink liquid which is runny but not as thin as water and it has a scent which is not too strong or unpleasant. You apply it with a soft cloth and you need to wear gloves as you must not get the polish on your skin.It worked like magic. I didn't have to rub too hard which surprised me as the tarnish was so bad (see the before and after photos) and after cleaning it just needed a quick polish with a clean cloth to bring it to a shine. (The 'after' photo doesn't do it justice. It's much shinier than it looks there.)I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve had this necklace since February and I wear it 24/7 . I never take it off literally never and I noticed it was in need of a good clean . Before and after photos included . As you can see I didn’t manage to get all of it off but this was a gift so I’m not sure it’s actually silver but a huge improvement ! Instructions are easy to follow and so easy to use . Hopefully the second time I use it I’ll be able to get the rest off but good value for money definitely:)
