Hello brought this but it’s come with no honey jar what do I need to do ?

I would contact customer service and explain that it came without the honey jar. Or return it and get a refund! If it was me I'd take a Pic of the product as it should help. So you only got the lip balm? Can't think why no jar. Hope you can resolve this issue.

Do these make your lips feel tacky, you know kinda sticky and clumps?

This lip balm has a matte finish which you may find feels tackier than a gloss lip balm. I personally prefer the matte finish and I don't mind the feel of it at all. I certainly wouldn't describe it as sticky or clumpy though.

Are these the regular size lip balms or mini versions?

Good festive scents

Good selection of flavours, normally the options are all some sort of spice, but these are more unique and not 100% Christmassy too. A good gift and can be separated to give individually. All are individually sealed.

Great value for Berts Bees, love the tinted lip balms - they smell lovely, keep your lips soft and moisturised, and I love the colour. Not so keen on the shimmer stick, weird colour.

I was sold on the original lip balm and was amazed when finding out they offer all these different scents. Really impressed and a treat to use. Good quality and always fixes my dry lips within 2 days of wearing!

Lovely shredded paper

I've got no problem with Burts Bees products , but there was very little in the jar (but lots of shredded paper). It was meant to be a gift, but I was a bit embarrassed to give it, to be honest. For the price, I wasn't that impressed. Sorry
