DYNATEC Welding Cable Battery Earth 16mm Red Flexible Per Meter Mig Tig Arc Welder

Used this to carry a continuous 50A, or so, from a 12V 125Ah leisure battery to a 12V DC inverter.Got mildly warm, but worked very well.It can obviously take much more current for a short period, or intermittently, such as for vehicle starting, or welding. In my case the 100A current was continuous, when it would appear this is about the limit, otherwise the cable would get hot and cause significant power and voltage loss.Had to also buy heavy duty crimp-on terminals, from "All Trade Direct", and a heavy duty crimper, "Crimper Crimping Tool", by Jago, which cost about £25 with delivery.Ordered 2 metres, which came in one continuous 2m length.The cable is very flexible and easily bends, without permanent set.

Nothing to dislike.Must point out the cable size marked on the cable itself is the square area and not the diameter.Which is 8mm overall inc sleeve.

Good strong cable, are use this to go to my auxiliary battery in my campervan from my 12 V front main feed, no complaints works great Would buy again.

Used this (and the black version) to connect my leisure battery to the 1000w inverter in my motorhome. Wiring that was provided by the converter melted when connecting a 500w heater. This wire handled the job with no problems. Doesn't even get warm so no power losses. Highly recommended.

Very good quality, unfortunly not suitable for what i needed it for as i bought too thick of cable however i could not return it as i cut part of it before finding out it didn't fit
