Amazing! It arrived 2 weeks earlier than the arriving time predicted. The material is good quality, and the bag is roomy, perfect for people with lots of books. The straps are really comfy and the back is supportive. I ordered the Spanish Teal, and the colouring is beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

This bag is the best bag in the world. Of course that is subjective. My first one of these lasted me 12 years and I only had to replace it last year because I left it outside and it went mouldy. I probably could have even washed it off but I am lazy. It took me through school and university and also into work. I also use it for running as it is very comfortable. The new one is exactly like the old one so it's like I never murdered it!

Great bag! Comes with a lifetime warranty, and is perfect for school. It’s got a lot more room inside than I was imagining which is a relief; in the scale pictures it looks quite small. Recommend thing bag to anyone for anything.

Great backpack! So strong, great for my university books and shopping trips. I love it. The zip kept getting caught/stuck on the material next to it though so I had to cut that off but it isn't noticeable. Overall its a perfect bag!

I purchased this product with a holiday trip to the Swiss Alps coming up.What I needed was a comfortable pack for carrying essentials for days out, both for longer hikes and gentler lakeside walks. I found that there was ample space in the main compartment to easily carry food and drink items, with plenty of room to spare to accommodate souvenirs and stuff picked up along the way.The handy front pouch compartment is deceptively spacious, where I kept my digi camera, wallet, phone and maps - again with room to spare. This backpack also doubled up as my piece of hand baggage on the flights there & back, providing a lightweight vessel for transporting personal items which was comfotable to carry due to the padded rear and straps.It also looks stylish and comes in at a good price for such a well known brand. It certainly met all my expectations.

This bag is great, can carry heavy items but the best thing for me is that Jan Sport offer free repairs or a replacement, regardless of where the bag was purchased.

Bag arrived way before the estimated delivery. I was hesitant at the price and if it may be fake but all the correct document came with it . And it was shipped from LA.Bag is big but not huge I use it for university and it holds my laptop and many of my books
