Q: is the cover removable to wash it?

Yes, instructions say “locate diagonal opening on the backside of the cover and remove inner bag. Wash the outer cover by hand in warm water. Do not use any detergents. Do not wet or wash the inner bag. Leave the outer cover to dry flat. Ensure the outer cover is completely dry before reinserting the inner bag”

Q: can this mask be heated in a combi microwave

The instructions are to heat for about 30 secs in an 800watt normal microwave. I can't see any reason for not using a combi but would advise caution on the time and any other settings. If it allows a microwave only setting this would be favourite.
