Great for sensitive, dry skin.
I'm really happy with this moisturiser and I honestly didn't expect to be! I've been using the body shop Aloe range for nearly 2 years, I have very dry but sensitive skin and honestly anything from a brand like this usually does NOTHING for my skin. I had run out of my old favourite and the price was a bit much for how often I was running out. So I figured why not give this a go? For £5 it was worth a try.I've been pleasantly surprised, my skin feels lovely and smooth, there are no dry patches and it feels very hydrated! The smell is lovely, not perfumed or heavy. And it doesn't linger on your face like some do!I love the gel over cream, great choice for me as I hate heavy feeling creams that are greasy (though admittedly they are usually better for your skin) so this gel like one is perfect! It soaks in fast, feels sleek and water based. I get no tacky feeling after and can apply make up within a few minutes.1 pump as well, a tiny amount, and believe me it goes a long way! I think this will last me quite a while, so points for longevity. I use 1 for my face and 1 for my neck because I like to be extra hydrated, and allow it to soak in.If you have sensitive dry skin this has been fantastic for me, very happy with my purchase and when it eventually runs out (I've barely made a dent!) I will certainly be buying another.

A treat to use
I use hydra genius aloe water every morning. Its smells lovely and fresh, a real aqua smell. Nice and zingy to wake up to. My make up sits well on top of this as it absorbs quickly and makes a good base for foundation. No shine or greasiness. Very comfortable on the skin, feels like a real spa like treat.

Best hydration boost (particularly post-bed time cleanse) EVER
So as a teenager/young adult, I always struggled with ‘mild’ eczema which meant my skin was always dry but thankfully spot free. I’m now 30 and dealing with menstrural issues, aging etc that made me pay more attention to my skincare regime due to breakouts. Every moisturiser, cleanser I have purchased (from cheaper, non-fragranced options to expensive Clarins products and everything in between) never did the job and either created a reaction due to the sensitivity of my skin or left me with itchy dry skin at night and prevented full and flake-free coverage from foundation during the day. This ‘moisturiser’, combined with a standard facial cleansing routine before bed (I.e. eye makeup remover, Simple cleanser and toner followed by a quick once over with this has drastically improved the look and feel of my skin post-cleanse and one pump in the morning, applied all over my face, is the perfect hydrating primer for my daily makeup. I am pretty low maintenance but, when I reached 30, went out and bought a whole bunch of more expensive serums and moisturisers but nothing has had the same effect as this product. Smells fresh, light and fragrant too! 100% recommended.

really good moisturiser for the price
i have very dry skin in my t-zone, and have issues with acne on the outer sides of my face. i was looking for a cheaper moisturiser for throughout the day before applying sun cream, as i usually use clinique moisture surge. i love moisture surge (and i've been using it for 5 years now). however, it's sooo expensive if i'm using more of it before applying retinol for my acne - and not just like before when i would only use it before putting on foundation.this moisturiser honestly was so much better than i was expecting. i personally have not had any irritation from it, my skin stays moisturised and it glides on easily. i really don't like cerave moisturisers as they feel so heavy and sticky, but this moisturiser has similar ingredients and is so much nicer on my skin, (for me). i know everyone is different, but if you have similar skin to mine and like clinique moisturiser, i would give this one a try. it's not the same, but it's the first one i feel is a good, cheaper alternative for when i want to save the clinique for other occasions. it's underrated in my opinion. :)i also like the pump from the bottle, it gives a good, controlled amount of moisturiser. i even like the design, it's nice and summery i feel like. however, i've not used a full bottle yet, so i don't know how it dispenses when it's getting close to the end. i assume if you want to use as much product as you can from the bottle when it's running out, there probably will be a way to open it.EDIT: after using this a bit longer, i don't think this moisturiser is as good as i originally thought. i had used it with other products at the time, and when used on it's own, i find my face dry after about 20 minutes. i really wanted to like it and thought it was really good, but to me it's not sufficient as i have very dry skin. however, i think it would be great for someone with normal/oily skin!

Love it
I'm on my third bottle of this I simply love it. I have very dray skin and this really helps n lasts. I use just 3 small pumps rub into my hands then rub on face and neck. When my face feels dry again I put on more. A very light cream feels great on the skin and doesn't affect my sensative eyes. I will continue to buy this I very much recommend it and a good price. I took it in hospital all the nurses were trying it too and bought it them selves x

A M A Z I N G
I was looking for a more budget friendly hydrating product to replace my once favourite vichy 89 (my skin stopped tolerating it after they added the prebiotics) and this one didn’t disappoint. A lovely surprise actually! Hydrating, light texture, non sticky. The smell though is very chemical but wears off quickly.
