Brushes as pic show and no surprises of them being too short to reach fully down the tube part of my pets water drinking fountain. Even thougu i change the filter every couple months as directed, the fountain itself just like a kettle or anything that constantly holds water needs a clean and its become super easy with these. Like most fountains mine i pull the part off that has the cylinder that pushes the water up for it to come back foem the other side to the base, I use the biggest brush with the sponge for the whole base and the entrace of where the water is pushed up, then the smallest one is perfect to clean the vents on the side of the pump of anything, just the the vents on a fish tank pump need a clean, then the middle one to clean into the edges of where the water cascades down and also all the way down the tube the water comes up. They all have been easy to use, good value getting all 3 and the fountain has been sparkling and it's so quick to do and helps the filters last longer. Really happy with purchase.

I accidentally purchased these brushes despite having the 'Cat Mate' fountain but have also found them useful for multiple other things in the house. The small brush is great for cleaning around the mouthpieces of reusable straws such as you might have in sports bottles. The middle brush is ideal for cleaning the hollow tube which connects to the pump of the Cat Mate fountain. I didn't realise how grotty this tube was getting. The brush cleaned out the grot with just a few strokes, and I now run it down the tube every time I clean to prevent any more forming. The Cat Mate was as good as new after using this. The larger brush is perfect for cleaning tall glasses and sports bottles. The sponge at the bottom cleans around the edges and the brush the sides!

Really useful tool for my cat fountain. I never see my cats drinking from it, so I thought, maybe it needs a more thorough cleaning. I bought these brushes and now my cats sit, eagerly waiting, watching me as I clean their fountain. I fill the fountain up, place it down and plug it in. They watch, excited as the water gushes out the top like a volcano, they take a closer look and sniff the clean fountain water. They look at me. They walk away. I'm going to put a webcam on the fountain, I will beat them.

We found that our cat drinks a lot more water now they have the petsafe drinking fountain. Theory goes that this will reduce kidney and liver problems later in life, although we were too late for the old cat (who lived past 20, but in the last year or so had taken to drinking from the garden pond because it didn't smell of chlorine and fluorine, and twice she fell in, which is very dangerous for such an old cat). So we need to keep all the pipes and tubes and inner corners of the drinking fountain clean, and it's a real bother without these excellent brushes (I did it for a year before I ponied up the money for the brushes). They fit every difficult to reach place except a couple of inside corners. So there are some design faults with the fountain, but the brushes do their job. Before you think they come in assorted colours, ours were exactly the same as the picture. Blue rubbery bits, white the rest.

I brought the CatMate pet fountain from my local pet store earlier this year for my little dog, Jake. Since this time I've been cleaning it daily by hand (I don't own a dishwasher). I thought I was doing an okay job, however I had begun to notice some yellowing in the narrow end of the connecting pipe way that the pump attaches to. I brought this hoping to catch it. Effortlessly it cleaned it beautifully, both in that narrow end of the tube and in all other areas. Yes it would probably be cheaper to just buy different size bottle brushes, but I valued my time more and so just got this set! It put my "perfectly fine" daily washing for the last few months to shame and my dog instantly seemed to prefer the water again once that tube had been cleaned out! The water must taste fresher and I really wish I'd purchased this when I got the fountain instead of thinking of it as "unnecessary". 100million% reccomend to anyone who owns a pet fountain!

Had been using a toothbrush and cloths (not very successfully) for cleaning water fountain, as the brush set seemed expensive Finally I gave in and bought a set as nothing was small enough to clean the pump thoroughly (it stops working if it becomes even slightly clogged with debris) What an absolute game changer the smallest brush is! It gets into all the nooks and crannies and the holes in the pump, including where the propeller sits. Enables thorough cleaning, much quicker and the pump (more than a year old now) works first time, every time now. Well worth the money for that alone. However, the other two brushes seem a bit surplus to requirements, The handle on the big one cracked as soon as I took it out the packaging, still usable but impossible to use the sponges on the end properly as a plastic knob prevents the sponge from making contact with the bowl etc. The middle sized brush is perfect for cleaning the water outlet hole, but not much else. I am glad I bought it and wish I’d got it a lot sooner (would have saved hours of frustration!) but for the smallest brush alone.

Currently use these for the pet mate waterfall fountain for my cats and it is brilliant. Was really struggling to clean the fountain properly before these brushes but now I have them they are the perfect size to get into even the smallest spaces to get a good quality clean. The big brush I don't use as much but the smallest one has been great to get to the really intricate spaces where water would just build up.

While these are sold as pet water fountain cleaners absolutly mo reason they could not be used for other purposes. In terms of my cat drinking fountain this set provides a good range size of brushes to get into all the awkward areas that need cleaning.

Sono anni che utilizzo una fontanella Drinkwell per la mia gatta ma non trovavo più due delle tre spazzole. La più piccolina non la reputo molto utile ma le altre due, in particolare la più grande (per riuscire a pulire l'interno del serbatoio dell'acqua) è molto utile. Per carità, a ben vedere si tratta pur sempre solo di una spugna attaccata ad un tubo flessibile... ma è fatta bene e garantisce una buona igiene del serbatoio e di tutta la fontanella. E come già sanno i vari gattofili, i nostri felini sono amanti della pulizia. Senza contare che una pulizia frequente (che sia della fontanella, della lettiera, delle cuccette...) è un elemento importante per la salute del nostro gatto
