There seems to be no roast date printed anywhere on the tin?

Hi Han, If you didn't have a sticker on the bottom of the tin then please do ping me a quick email to lex@thefoodieslarder.com with the batch number (small printed black writing on the tin (usually on the exposed silver strip) and I will be able to confirm the BBE date. thanks! lex

are these beans oily? and nowhere does it specify the type of roast on the page..

Should I store the can in the fridge?

Hi Han, Thanks for your question. As Stephen said, it won't harm but it's not really neccessary unless you're not using the beans very fast. If this is the case, we'd recommend storing them in the freezer but ensure whatever container you use is as water tight as possible to prevent bean damage from ice/frost.
