Great value, quality product.

I got these to try and relieve clogged ducts associated with breast feeding, I had read this could help but felt I was clutching at straws. Couldn’t have been more effective! I’ve gone from managing blockages every few days to none at all! Can only think these capsules are responsible. Really pleased!

I am breastfeeding and was suffering with milk blebs and blocked ducts weekly. Since started these supplements 3 weeks ago I haven’t had one since. Fingers crossed it stays that way. Only downside is the tablets are large and a bit difficult to swallow.

I started taking these for blocked milk ducts as apparently it makes the milk less sticky so flows better and I haven’t had any since taking them. They are a bit on the large size for swallowing, but you soon get used to it. No side effects noted so they’re worth the money for the effects they’ve had on the blocked ducts that we’re painful and annoying to resolve. I’d really recommend for if you have this issue. I was recommended to take Soy Lecithin for my leaky gut. They arrived promptly. They are quite large but easy to swallow with water and no aftertaste

It took 10days until I got the products, worse is the bottels were totally not good packaged. 2 from 3 bottels that I ordered are damaged, capsules are leaky and can not be taken anymore
