My wife suffers with sleep apnea and cannot wear the head gear from the hospital, her sister read an article from America about this chin strap, so we searched the internet for this chin strap finding amazon listed this as one of there products, she as been wearing it for about 7 days now, her snoring as subsided and she said when she gets it on right feels her airways open. Hopefully she as till February before she as a breathing monitor test from the hospital so we can see how successful this product is.

It simply does not work for me. Sure it's easy to use and relatively comfortable to wear, but if like me you're a restless sleeper, you'll wake up in the morning to find your loved ones grumbling about how badly you snored the moment you moved and dislodged the strap. Get a mouthpiece. They work much better. This product does what is says but I found it a little uncomfortable and ended up taking it off most nights. The main issue was that the ear slots didn't align well with the chin strap. This may well be that I have an odd shaped head and that it would work well for others.That said it does keep your chin up and help reduce snoring and after all, that's what you're on here looking for. A bit of discomfort that can save your marriage is probably a good thing.

After reading lots of positive reviews about the chin strap I decided to give it a try. Tried it for a week but didn't work.

An excellent product worth buying.... the only problem I found was, I woke up looking like Captain Pugwash the pirate because it had somehow slipped during the night over one eye and around my forehead, my wife laughed till she nearly wet the bed!.

Not overly impressed with this. Keeps slipping off as I sleep but maybe that is my fault. Wife says I am still snoring!
