White Chestnut

When I decided to try the Bach flower line, I fully expected them not to work. I was just trying to rule these out as a useless alternative remedy method. So I was strongly biased against them. But they do work. It's incredibly bizarre. I tested White Chestnut (which is for repetitive thoughts) on both hubby and myself. Have a song stuck in your head on constant replay? Add just two drops of this in a full glass of water. Take two swallows only. Within minutes, that aggravating loop suddenly stops. It works for any kind of repetitive thought pattern, good, bad, or just plain annoying. I'm still astounded at how fast it kicks in. A full glass of water with two drops is enough doses for a whole day, just take as needed, spacing them out. I tried the one for depression just to see. That worked too. I tried the one for when you're anxiously fretting over the safety of a loved one and you just can't stop even though you know they are probably fine. That worked too. These remedies are amazing. I keep adding to my collection. If I'd known about these decades ago, I could have saved myself a ton of grief. Now I recommend them to clients who are going through emotional troubles as well. Yes, the bottle is very small, but when all you need is two drops, it lasts a long time, plus the tiny bottle are a breeze to store. I'm super impressed. I can see these being fantastic for kids as well. No side effect concerns. I am liking these much better than homeopathics, even though its a similar concept. The flowers seem easier to symptom match, whereas homeopathics are easy to get wrong, so often I feel like they aren't helping at all. Now I'm a huge fan of these flower remedies, but only the singles. The "Rescue Remedy" formula doesn't help me at all, and I think it's because there are too many ingredients in it. But these singles are amazing and recovered alcoholic hubby isn't bothered by the brandy at all when there is so little in a glass, so that's another winner. I'm super impressed.

These were recommend for me to take so I did and whilst I didn’t notice a magical moment I did notice I started to really do things I’d been putting off like clearing by hoarding habits and 9 bags later ready to go the charity shops I put it down to this … it’s helped with clearing the noise and creating clarity for me . Also made me drink more water .. as I’d put a few drops in water bottle

Have used these for years, they are brilliant for stopping the chattering mind when you wake up at 4 in the morning. Helps regulate my sleep pattern again.

These were a gift but I’m told the white chestnut is helping and star of Bethlehem I take to stop head chatter and strong negative emotions. Good price and quick to arrive

I find this product good but not the best

Product used at night to help take the edge off anxious thoughts. I take a drop from the dropper (undiluted) and find it really does help with better sleep.
