Sturdy with an excellent non stick coating.
These are really good quality pans. I have used them for about 2 months now and the non stick surface is excellent. I use just a couple of squirts of "1 Cal Olive Oil" and nothing sticks at all. They are very easy to clean - both inside and out. The heat distribution is excellent too and they have a strong solid feel. The handles are very strongly attached and are also sturdy. I have given 5 stars because they deserve this overall. Two small minuses, however. The strong, solid handles are heavy and on a gas hob with a normal "+" type burner stand you have to be very careful to align the handle with the cross otherwise the handle will VERY easily tip the pan over. This is true especially of the smaller 20cm pan. The other small grouse is the the strong rivets are not non stick and have to be carefully cleaned to keep their pristine looks. Overall though, these are super pans and I will slowly replace others with Circulon.

Very impressed by these, best frying pans I have bought
Opted to spend some decent money on frying pans in the hope that they will remain non-stick for a good number of years, at least. The larger pan allows my existing 28cm diameter pan lid to fit perfectly too. We have a gas hob. Having used these pans about 10 times now, I must say I am amazed at how little of anything sticks to them! Then the ease of cleaning them with nothing more than soap, water and a dish cloth! We havent put them in a dishwasher yet, and my intention is not to as long as possible given how easy they are to clean so far. From memory we have cooked vegetables, eggs, steak, bacon, sausages, chicen plus more and nothing sticks!! Not even the eggs with little oil. The pans feel very solid, handles are nice and comfortable too. I am that impressed by these that I fully intend to replace my other pans with circulon ones. Well chuffed!

Good quality, packaging can be improved.
The pans have a great build quality and feel solid. They look wonderful and have a good non stick coating. We also test non stick with an ultimate test, the fried egg with no oil test. The pan failed to be completely non stick, however It did a reasonable job and had we added a little oil, it would have been completely non stick. The pans are heavy and have good heat distribution, they take a while to heat up but this is primarily due to their high quality materials. The duel set of pans is a great idea, the small pan is fantastic for breakfast omelettes or fried eggs and the big pan is great for family evening meals. This allows for extra longevity too as the work load is evenly distributed between the pans. One negative is the packaging. Ours arrived with damage to their outer casing, the interior of the pans was scuffed and overall a piece of cardboard and a plastic sheet just isn’t enough to keep these pans safe from damage. Overall the pans are good, they function well and look fantastic, however the packaging can be improved. If you are looking for a set of pans that covers most daily activities from quick fried eggs and a family pasta bake, then these are the pans for you. A solid 8/10!

Good quality
Have a set already and bought as extra just in case, Good price and liek the quality. Very thick but not too heavy. Perfect handle and non-stick. Just one negative - has grids at the bottom so not so easy to clean after use sometimes depending.

Can't take heat. Can't be cleaned easily
We've been living with these pans for 2 years now. They are without doubt the worst pans we've had in 40 years of cooking. I changed these out from a sticky stainless steel frying pan thinking I really need to make my life easier - good quality non stick, better cooking, easier cleaning. They fail in both functions. I mean really fail. I bought these to cook steaks and for searing other meats. First problem is that if you follow the advice included with the pans you can never get the heat required to sear meat. It claims you don't need higher temps due to the highly efficient best distribution across the surface. Due in large part to the small circular rings cut into the cooking surface base. I've found trying to cook a steak or loin properly, for example, following their temp recommendation is all but impossible. You will just end up with gray, partially stewed steak. The only way to cook meat properly in this pan is to run very high heat, higher than the recommendation. This means you risk eating food that is contaminated by the coating, or that the coating breaks up or that you will distort the base. The second major problem is the grooves in the pan's cooking surface. These grooves are probably the pan's USP but also its downfall. Any juices, salt or particles that come off whatever you are cooking immediately get compacted into the grooves. If you cook bacon regularly, just forget it. If you cook marinated food, just forget it. If you cook eggs, just forget it. I could go on. It takes ages and multiple cleaning attempts to get the pan cleaned, if you can do this successfully at all. Due to the care instructions you can't dunk the hot pan in water or pour water into the hot fry pan, this can lift or damage the coating. However, it is the most effective way of lifting debris out of the grooves. Not matter your method though, at least for us, you always end up with stuff stuck in the grooves. It takes several passes, I've spent 30+mins sometimes trying to get it cleaned, to get the stuff out of the grooves. Using a variety of tools, some I had to buy specifically just for this pan. The pictures show the limited effect two passes with a nylon brush have ,with plenty of direct detergent, on getting the debris out of the grooves left from cooking 4 slices of bacon. The next step after this is using a few different, special, nylon applicators to run around each individual groove itself. And even after all of this you can smell the previous meal when you next heat the pan because no matter how hard you try you just can't get the grooves clean. The best term I can use to describe these pans is 'depressing'! As you know in advance they can't cook your meal with the required technique and then you'll spend the best part of an hour trying to get it clean. I'm sure many people have had great success with them and it's probably just me but I certainly cannot recommend them I'm going back to the old tried and tested, seasoned, cast iron skillet method of cooking on the hob top.

Been buying Circulon products since I discovered them at Costco 20yrs ago. Top quality and definitely worth the price. With a little bit of care, these pans can last years. Highly recommended.

La qualità è evidente dopo la prima cottura, assolutamente antiaderente, provata col classico uovo senza olio. Ottima padella

I bought the pans a few weeks ago and am very pleased, they work well, are not too heavy and not too expensive. J'ai acheté les poeles il y a quelque semaines et je suis très content, elles marchent bien, pas trop lourd et pas trop chèr.

We have been using these pots and pans for the past five months since the installation of our new induction stovetop. They work great! They look good in the bronze colour. We always put them through the dishwasher and there does not seem to be any negative impacts. They provide a very good uniform heat over the whole of the base. The base is very flat so the whole of the base is making contact with the cooktop. They clean up exceptionally well: The non-stick surface works really well. In addition, these were significantly less expensive than other brands and options we considered. All in all an excellent product that we have already recommended to some of our friends.
