Love the taste

These are great they taste great and are wonderful for what I call redneck charcuterie. Decent value for the size of the product. Like all food stuffs they are more expensive than they used to be and than anyone really wants to pay, but I digress. Just remember to refrigerate them after opening. They are shelf stable until open but they will start to spoil after a week or two if left in the pantry once the casing is opened. I forgot that and had to end up throwing part of one away.

Well made, good value when compared to others, and although I love garlic I just didn't like the flavor of this. But it was nice that it didn't have stringy pieces of tendon and fat blobs like another brand I tried.
