Love this stuff - its got a decent amount of heat, but the sauce has a lovely flavour. Its not like these chilli sauces that are just hot for the giggles, this one has a great taste.. I actually swig out of the bottle sometimes, and literally use it in/on every meal. Yeah I have a problem :)

used in our BBQ every week just consider storage if not using every week or so. ours is open about month half but is still ok
