Since taking this product, my acne has cleared up, I have less sugar cravings the week before my period. I don’t have that horrible feeling of my body brewing a period anymore, I even forget I am due one now. I have never seen my hairs becoming so gorgeous for such a long time in my life ! I look so healthy after taking this tablet only for 9 days . I look much happier, healthier and younger. Actually I had been very occupied for a few weeks for my works and I had locked myself in my home . I had been exhausted. Naturally my tension is up . This tablet does not bother my concentration and it says that it boosts energy by stimulating muscles so I was taking this in the morning. I had my works done successfully. I had even made mistakes to forget about The bank holiday and continued to work. But the weekend, i continued taking this tablet and i have recognised that i am more relaxed. I feel somehow more feminine than before. I have recovered my peace and happiness which is extraordinary as I actually didn’t expect it . But some people had comments about it . I never write reviews but I just had to in this case. I suffered terribly with pmt since having children, angry, tired, weepy and a foggy head even bumped the car a few times on these days. I had started to think I was depressed but the way it came and went I wasn't sure. My sister recommended these tablets to me and I have taken them daily for 6 weeks, I can honestly say they are changing my life. I haven't argued with my husband or really felt pissed off with him as I usually do once a month. I noticed I was a tiny bit tired when due on, this is when I would usually be snappy but instead I was calm and took myself off to bed. The main thing I am noticing is more energy, most mornings I drop the kids to school dragging my heals still trying to wake up but lately I am awake before the alarm goes off, feeling rested which is a first since having them 6 &4 years ago. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to for these as they've worked incredibly well for me. I was suffering from the most horrendous mood-swings, depression and anxiety - which I'd never put down to hormones; however, I think I'd underestimated how much they were affecting my daily life, for at least 2 weeks of every month. Since taking these for a few weeks, I've already noticed a massive difference, I feel calmer, more collected, in control of my moods and much more able to step back mentally rather than going off the deep end! As this is the only change I've made in my lifestyle, I can only put it down to these tablets . I totally recommend them to anyone suffering from similar issues - it's nice to feel 'normal' again!

I suffer from extremely heavy, draining periods and I've tried adding iron supplements and magnesium to my daily intake, as well as improving my sleep quality and diet. I still find I get very tired and sometimes literally have to take a day out to recover. I purchased these to see if they help boost my mood and my energy levels. So far I have noticed a little boost in my energy levels so I am hoping that these pills continue to help. Not a bad price and arrived quickly.

I was skeptical at trying these I bought these back in December 2020 and now its April 2021. I gave myself enough time to try these out and honestly I am amazed! Before my periods used to be 3 times a year or every 4 months. After seeing the GP they told me as it is regular there is not a problem I used to get severe pain, so bad that I couldnt walk and my lower back would get inflamed and aggravate my siatica. Since taking these I can now say I've regulated to every 5 weeks, I dont feel as moody, I dont cry as much for no reason and I am in a lot less pain and I have less spotting. After hearing so many stories of how the pill can mess up hormones i refused to go on the pill. I'm so glad I can take this vitamin to help regulate my cycle like a normal person.
