Reliable brand, definitely recommend
Tastes and looks pretty ick.I have used propolis for years, but haven't taken the daily tablets for a long time. Given the current health crisis around the world and that I have a compromised immune system, i am trying to boost it as much as possible, so back with the good old bee spit.The tablets look off putting, and smell even worse! However they are easy to swallow and don't leave any particular after taste.There are plenty in a tub, i am currently taking 2 daily.Propolis is supposed to be a wonder supplement, boosting the immune system, easing coughs etc.Please do double check for allergy and interaction with existing medication before taking.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

Swear by this product - keeps me coldsore free!
So Ive been taking this product for many years. I was recommended this by a friend a long time ago and I take it daily. I swear by it! I used to suffer with mouth ulcers and coldsores - maybe about 2 times a year. Since I started taking this, I have never had a coldsore again! On 2 occasions, I started to feel the tingle of a cold sore and then I took a double dose of the tablets and the coldsore never came! It was shocking! This really really worked and boosts your immune system. When i feel like i am getting run down, I take 3 tablets to give me the extra boost.

I Swear By These!
I’ve been taking Bee Health Propolis for over a decade and I swear by its preventative properties with respect to common illnesses. I take it daily, but have often taken a couple of these when you “feel that twinge” of a cold or flu coming on. 9/10 it doesn’t turn into a full blown illness, where the rest of my colleagues and family seem to succumb to illness. I have escaped the worst of COVID so far, which given my occupation (teacher) is pretty remarkable, and yes, those illnesses passed through my home and through the classroom regularly. I’m not a doctor, so I can’t give any qualified medically informed opinion on this, just that I’ve been using it for years now and it only seems to be when I run out, or forget to take it that I end up catching anything.

Quite remarkably, it works!
This was a doubtful, whim, purchase for me. I'm prone to tooth infenctions and sick of jumping through all the hoops just to get some antibiotics so having read up on this supposed natural remedy I figured I'd try it, though not very hopeful for success. Contrary to my doubts it works almost as well as prescription antibiotics. I say almost because it takes 3-4 days to kick in as opposed to the standard 2-3 of conventional meds so you have to really be on the ball and start taking them as soon as u feel a toothache coming on to avoid discomfort as much as possible. Because of the delayed action the gum swelling will get worse before it gets better but once the effect kicks in the swelling is completely gone within 12-24 hours. I've used this product twice now since purchase and I'm still a little bit in disbelief that it works but honest to God it does. Well worth having a bottle in your home for emergencies!

Cured My Hay Fever
If you read reviews of these tablets people describe them as natures antibiotics and I do beleive they aid in general health wellbeing. For me the best thing about them is they stop my hay fever. No eyedrops, nasal spray or nasty pills with side effects anymore I just take these throughout the season and have been fine.I started taking them in the winter to prevent colds and just carried on into the summer. It was only mid season when I notice everyone else talking about their symptoms and treatments that I realised I wasn't suffering this year.I can't say for sure if these will work for everyone but if you suffer from hay fever then its got to be worth giving them a try.

Fantastic product. Has worked really well. Has improved my immune system. If I feel a flue or cold coming on I take 3 tablets a day, otherwise I take 2 tablets. Has saved us lots of days off work. Excellent investment.
