Lower your water temperature if tasting bitter
Once this coffee is dialed in it taste amazing and smoother. I find it works better with a lower temperature of hot water otherwise it taste bitter. Also I add a few gram less compared to other coffees I use. If dialed incorrectly you won't appreciate this coffee. The key is to lower the hot water temperature for a smoother taste.

terrible
these coffee beans are supposed to be a medium roast when in fact they have been dark roasted and is incredibly bitter i can not recommend this coffee i wish i could send them back but i opened it and made a pot before i realised that they had roasted the beans to dark
