Very easy to use either as a cold or hot compress. It is comfortable and moulds easily for use on the torso or limbs. Velcro straps keep it snugly in place. Very effective.

This is great and very versatile. Have used it many times since I’ve had it and works perfectly well. I have an injured ankle which I can easily wrap this around. I also twisted my back and popped it on whilst I was doing the housework which means I can do two things at once. When frozen it is still soft and flexible which meant it didn’t hurt to put it on my injury like the hard picnic ice packs I have been using. Haven’t used it as a heat pack. Good quality too so very pleased.

product was first class except one of the pockets was fully filled with gel the other two were rather lacking have destroyed it as directed by Amazon as we could not return it. We would have liked to have bought another but could not be sure that that the three pockets would be uniform with enough gel in each. Alexander Burton.

This is really good, does what it says on the tin. Great that it's reusable and env friendly and much more comfortable using gel than using ice.Has benefited the kids, my neighbours, myself and my tenants when injured or sore.

I used this for a heat pad on my neck and back. It heats up quickly - sometimes the heat is uneven but you can squeeze the gel through the gaps from one section to another. It is very good for lower back as the Velcro strap keeps it in position.
