Brilliant quality patatoe starch
Brilliant quality, 5/5 great value, great packaging. I used this for my batter for fried chicken. I used this at 33% with corn flour n all purpose flour all at same ratio. As patatoe starch makes the batter the crispiest, corn flour is the 2nd crispiest- these 2 ingredients however won't make the batter golden brown they stay light yellow when fully cooked so I use all purpose flour which makes the batter golden brown.

Great product
I use this in my cooking instead of gluten free and gluten products that I cant use. I adjust my recipes but find it really good.

I use this when making fruit pies.
I use potato flour for thickening my sauces. I do prefer it best with a sweet sauce for a fruit pie. It is colourless. Thickens quickly.

Excellent Quality.
Real good quality flour. Yes it is, shame about the delivery.....TWICE! and they have they nerve to state "handed to the resident" ha! stuffed behind the wheely bin on Saturday, then left another package on the drive today. No knock. Considering its a food item I dont think this is good service. But the potato flower is Great!
