wet n wild Fantasy Makers Halloween 10 Pan Palette Pick Your Poison

It just came and I opened it right away as I was excited for it to arrive and to try out. Sadly the blue was shattered leaving my hands stained. I cleaned up the other colors but the blue bled in and is making it hard to clean up fully. I would like either a refund and or a replacement. The colors are very pretty so it’s a shame it was broke.

First one I received one of the eyeshadow was destroyed idk how but it must have happened during shipping it is wrapped in bubble wrap but it come in the flimsy envelope Amazon has. I had to do a return on that and they sent me another one and this one the red eyeshadow was broken but not as much that the color is every where it can be fixed other than that I love the pallet it self

I really should have read the reviews. This came completely destroyed, and anything that touched it was covered in glitter. I wanted it because the colors are my favorites but it’s not worth it. Save your money.

I didn't realize when I bought this that not all colors are to be used on the eyes, but it's got good pigment and for the price, you can't go wrong.

It kept arriving with a broken eye pallet but the makeup it's self is wonderful as always.

I'm sure I will love the product if I get an undamaged one. The product was shipped with other heavier items was only in one small bubble wrap envelope. I was offered a replacement, and will update my review once I receive an undamaged product.Update: I received a replacement. Sadly, with it too, many of the shadows were broken and crumbled although the seal was intact. So, I am returning both.My suggestion would be for the seller to invest in better packaging. Eye shadow and other pressed powder makeups are known for being fragile and breaking easily with impact. I think the seller probably sent a good item but without being packaged better the shadow just shatters during shipping. Those mica powders look great though, I'll have to look for them locally!

The darkest color on the palette broke and that powder covered all the other colors. We were very disappointed but will keep it. We cleaned it up the best we could. We use it for my 8 yr old granddaughter’s make-up bag (for “playing make-up”).

The colors are beautiful but when it arrived, multiple colors were broken into dust and spread all over the other colors. When I went to return the first one the seller was quick to replace it! However the second one also turned up broken like the first one.
