Saw an article about making your own magnesium oil and its benefits so bought this and got it yesterday. I immediately made my oil (just water and the flakes) and gave my feet a good spray 4 times during the evening. I’m on mu feet all day at work so they ache by the time I’m home and I have terrible dry and cracked soles. This morning the dry and cracked skin is so much improved I’m truly astonished by the results. They say you can spray the oil all over but personally I wouldn’t put it on my face as I felt it was very drying. They also say to spray under the arms so the magnesium is absorbed through the lymph nodes. I’m a definite convert to this now. The tub is big and so worth the price as it will last me several months and adding a bit of essential oil gives the oil a good scent too

Works so well for sleep

I received this very quickly . I’ve had my first disk in the bath today for half an hour . I felt so relaxed and Chilled after and my skin was so soft . I used half a mug full only bath if the flakes . I am very hopeful as the reviews are so good . I suffer with fibromyalgia and am trying a lot of things to help with my pain which some days is chronic . I am also now taking turmeric tablets and cod liver oil these are said to be excellent for fibromyalgia. I will post again regarding the MAGNESIUM FLAKES and if it’s helped my pain so just bare with me 😀

It's probably just me, the product is perfectly fine. I didn't feel the benefits that it claims to have. I went through the entire barrel and nothing. I take baths religiously with any possible addition to the water. I find Epsom salts really get rid of muscle pain. Also you can feel them activating your blood circulation (best feeling btw). Magnesium just didn't really do it for me but it was definitely worth a shot.

I had been advised by a nutritionist that I lacked magnesium in my diet and this is a great way to add this into your diet. The body absorbs the magnesium through the skin which is better absorbed than by mouth through food or supplements. The added benefit of these flakes are they make you so so relaxed (used in the bath) i am always a tense person and my muscles always seem to be tense...after half an hour in the bath i was ready to fall asleep! incredibly relaxing and at the same time my body is absorbing the nutrients it needs :) perfect!

Not quite sure about pain relief although does help a little with achy feet 🦶, certainly ideal for softening the skin and removing scaly skin caused through the elements of nature just a shame I bought a shower but do highly recommend this product
