Fantastic, just ordered my 2nd bottle. Really noticeable difference in energy levels with some unexpected and welcome positive side effects!I thought I'd try out some 'quality' vitamins as opposed to popping into the chemist for a 3for 2 deal and my Dr had recommended either solgar or viridian vitamins after a series of blood tests.... I've been run down, lethargic & unable to shift weight that seemed to just be accumulating despite having a fairly active lifestyle( I either walk or ride a bike everywhere, swim between 1-4 times a week but not in an extremely exertive fashion but i wouldn't call my lifestyle sedentary either) I bought these and also Solgar Vitamin B12 sublingual methylcobalamin tablets and after about 14 days of taking both there really was a definite upturn in my energy and mood, as a side effect without changing my eating habits or doing anything different I have been slimming down, I don't ever weigh myself but waistbands and belt notches don't lie! I also noticed that my sweet tooth wasn't rearing its head as often, not that i cut out anything, more that i wanted less or was disinterested in sugar fixes which is obviously a bonus that i attribute to these vitamins... They may not do this for you, I'm only reporting my observations but since this combo has worked so well for me I'm in the process of switching all my Vits ( i take arthritis supplements) to Solgar and carefully researching the actual formulations and ingredients as purchasing these has been a real eye opener to my blind consumerism of sub standard nutrients! Hope this helps someone out there :)

Packed full of every major vitamin, mineral and some plant extracts known for their health benefits. Large oval tablet which needs a drink to down it. Doesnt taste that good if left in mouth for too long. However, when the list of ingredients are checked out this makes it a top grade multivit supplement.

These purple pills beat all of the blue or yellow ones out there.They don’t taste horrible.The look pretty and lilac.This 180 pill bottle is big and gives you confidence that you are gonna get a lot of health in a bit. You can relax.It’s recommended to swallow the pills with food and have them twice a day.and that is how you should take them.Results may vary depending on how much health you already have but these will give everyone even more health than they have. Especially after taking them a few weeks.Results may include: better sleep, a reduced urge to drink beer, wee that looks like buttercup petal juice, a general feeling of vigour, better blood flow, tingling sensations and increased lubrication.

Omnium is the pinnacle of Solgars vitamin range, I have been using V2000's for donkeys years, but always shied away from Omnium simply due to the costing.However Omnium is now on a par with V2000 in terms of price-so what are you waiting for.In my opinion it is the Rolls Royce of vitamins, with a pedigree going back years

Only issue is you're recommended to take 2 a day - would prefer it to be one.

The tablet in it self is very good. However, it had an awful smell but apart from that, it is good.

Rocket fuel was going to phone in sick with exhaustion til I gave these a try their Choline is epic too
