The Rolls Royce of TENS/EMS
The build quality is superb, with an excellent case and 4 lanes of either TENS or EMS.Every setting is fully customisable and extremely useful.EMS provides not fatiguing muscle stimulation and TENS is great for pain.Add in some ear electrodes and it’s a fully functioning vagus nerve stimulator. You might be able to get something a bit cheaper but definitely not better and when it comes to health it’s a false economy.Great buy!

Highly recommended...a game changer for me
In my experience this helps untie muscle knots in ways manual self-massage simply can't compete.I work in IT and my shoulders and neck get pretty bad over the course of a week. Over years I've got to the stage where manual massage and heat/ice just isn't quite getting the knots out. This wonderful device is a game changer! It accomplishes as much is one 30 minute session as several manual massages can over the course of two weeks. It's so easy to use versus manual massage too.It also works very well for taking knots out of other muscle groups, e.g. legs, which as a regular runner/walker I really benefit from. As with the neck/shoulders I can just use this once a week or fortnight to restore muscles to great condition in ways that manual massage really struggles to emulate.Highly recommended!

Best tens Unit I had
This was bought, for erotic Estim use, not for pain. It certainly ticks those boxes. I seen this in use in videos of HFO Sessions. It has a wide variety of settings, it's a nice smooth feeling, which was worth paying the higher price for, compared to run of the mill budget makes. As for pain management, I would think it would be very good at both uses. I only use two channels, battery life OK so far. As with all tens units it's best to read up on safety use, especially if your a beginner in this field. For my use, can't recommend more highly

Amazing or Perhaps Sensational!
As soon as you open the battery compartment you can tell this is a high quality product. Plenty of preset programmes many of which produce fantastic sensations. A good range of self select parameters. Only tried a single output so far but up to four channels available. Not tried the device for pain relief so can not comment on its effectiveness in that respect.

TENS machine
Bought this for my wife after she experienced a Brain haemorrhage. Certainly helped her recovery with nerve stimulation and I have used it on my leg after leg cramp. Fairly easy to use as there are program modes for different uses!

Disappointing, lightweight plastic for such an expensive TENS
Before purchasing this AXION Rechargeable STIM-PRO X9B TENS machine I read the reviews. One Amazon reviewer makes the bold claim... "this is the Rolls Royce of TENS machines".Hmm... not quite. I can't recall Rolls Royce ever making their cars out of lightweight moulded plastic.Upon opening the packaging I really did think I'd bought a high-end product, as the black storage case, with the embossed Axion logo, is impressive. Unfortunately, it's about the only aspect of the device that is impressive. The rest is utterly disappointing.Taking the main unit out of the styrofoam inner case, it immediately felt cheap, plasticky & very lightweight. Inspecting the belt clip at the rear of the Rechargable STIM-PRO X9B, I was a bit surprised to find it is also plastic! Seriously, Axion?! How long would that last?I was expecting the item to be of very high quality. After all, this is an expensive TENS device! The whopping price I paid was a smidgen under £160 GBP... that is EXPENSIVE for a TENS!Yes, it has 4 channels & does TENS, EMS, MASSAGE... so what? So do many other brands, for a LOT LESS money! I've owned a few TENS machines and when comparing the functionality, build quality & cost, this particular model made by AXION isn't good value at all.I also found the instructions & useability to be rather confusing. Perhaps it's just the way my brain is wired? Maybe, maybe not, as I find the instructions & functionality fairly straightforward with my other devices. Also, the instruction booklet which comes with it includes a leaflet for recommended pad placement, but I also found the set-out of that confusing.Overall, my opinion is this Axion TENS is not worth the money & seems vastly overpriced for a piece of cheap plastic. The best bit is the storage case, but that's not going to relieve my pain, is it? So, it's being returned, with many thanks to Amazon. This is just AXION marketing, making customers believe they will be getting a high end product, when really it's no better than many of the other TENS machines in an oversaturated market. This AXION is a LOT more expensive than most... it's really more accurate to say it's more like a Skoda, dressed-up & priced as a Rolls Royce. Not recommended 👎
